Our client’s restaurant is a fast casual dining concept based around American pit BBQ and is a Carnivore's heaven. Think Man Vs Food with a great quality fresh meat offer served from an open kitchen and a buzzing bar.
Due to their success since the launch, they are looking to further develop and refine their Low & Slow Pit BBQ offering. They now have a vacancy for a restaurant focused Deputy Manager who feels at ease taking the reins whilst the General Manager is absent.
They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager with a fresh food background and branded high street experience in fast casual dining. It is essential that you have a love of BBQ and low and slow cooking, experience in this area is a real advantage.
You will lead and motivate an energetic, busy team to create a great casual and engaging experience for the customers.
As Deputy Manager you will become involved in all facets of the business from social media and marketing to Menu development and cost control.
This is a great chance to join this fun new concept and they are looking for someone who will help to develop and shape the concept as they look to build it.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 year’s experience working as an Assistant Manager in a similar environment and a desire to exceed expectations.
Up £22,000 depending on experience, Live in accommodation available and Tip share.
