They are looking to recruit a Support Manager to manage our supported living services.

They have services throughout Norfolk and an opportunity has arisen for a manager to oversee one or more of these services. You will need to ensure the highest quality and standards are met and to support, implement change and development as required for supported living.
To take the lead in recruitment, induction and training of employees. To develop an approachable and professional culture where good practice is implemented, encouraged and recognised.
You will require a full Uk Driving Licence
You may currently be working as a Team Leader or a Support Manager of a small service and are looking for that next challenge and opportunity.
You will be accustomed to multi–tasking and have a proven track record of developing team members and experience of delivering and managing high quality supported living services for people with learning disabilities.
You will be confident in working with people who have complex needs and whose behaviours may challenge and in supporting your staff team with the challenges this brings. It is important that you can provide consistent support and be equally positive and resilient.
Underpinning all of the above will be your knowledge of the sector, and a QCF level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it).
This role is full time and although supernumerary, will require you to be flexible to meet the needs of the service and to provide role modelling and support for staff who work on a 24 hour rota.
You will also be expected to take part in an On Call rota providing out of hours support across a number of services, an allowance is paid for this.
Working hours: Part time and full time (Up to 37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £26,455 pa plus 10% enhancements for weekends
