You will be a Support Worker who will play a key role in enabling the people they support to carry out all the tasks involved in daily life. This will involve supporting people with meal preparation including supporting people to eat, personal care and hygiene, including supporting people to bathe, getting dressed etc, moving and handling, managing their finances and their home. You will also support people to be as active as they want to be in their local community. You will be based in Farnham.

Activities can be wide ranging from trips out to places of interest, meals out and trips to a cafe or a pub, concerts and theatre shows, Adult Education Courses, hydrotherapy and swimming, going to the cinema, going to church, going shopping as well as supporting people to manage their own home, including cooking, cleaning and gardening. You will be happy to participate in whatever that chosen activity is and will be having fun.
If you are good with communication skills and for manual drivers for the full time and part time vacancies, you are the one we are looking for! Holding a full UK manual driving licence is essential as there may be a requirement to drive the cars belonging to the people we support.
You will work closely with the rest of your team, supported by a Senior Support Worker and/or a Team Leader and a Support Manager.
Working hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week Full Time and Part Time
Salary: Up to £14,460 pa plus 10% enhancements
